30 Journal Square sits in the heart of Journal Square—an emerging neighborhood due to its prominent PATH station that provides a quick and direct commute to downtown and midtown Manhattan. The site was approved for the development of 72 stories, which will offer 741 residential units, 436 parking spaces, and 200,000+ square feet of commercial space. As we build the tower, we plan to reuse the existing five-story structure as a spacious retail atrium and preserve the signage.
